Highly recommend Steve for any of your pool needs he installed a heat pump for us and I was swimming in winter 18 degrees out the pool and 29 degrees in! Best investment we have made so far and it wasn’t anywhere near as expensive as we thought it might be (for install or running costs). I thought I had an issue with my pool pump. Contacted Deluxe Pool Care. Bianca got back to me immediately and informed me that Rich would come up next day to investigate (which was a public holiday). Rich found that it was a filter cartridge problem and all I needed was a new one plus he didn’t charge me the full callout cost as he didn’t need to replace anything. Fantastic customer service from a genuinely great couple and I would recommend them to anyone requiring pool care.

We had the best customer service from Rich and Bianca. Our chlorinator was having issues and eventually had it replaced. Deluxe Pool came out the next day after we booked him in. Rich is super efficient and friendly and highly recommend him.
